From food waste to high-quality farmed fish feed

UWA PhD student Katarina Doughty's research project funded by the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation is looking at developing sustainable feed alternatives for farmed fish by repurposing food waste destined for landfills using black soldier fly larvae.
